A British Journal of Sports Medicine study concluded that the Full90 Performance Headguard, the only product in the study marketed specifically for head to head and other hard surface impacts, can reduce the probability of concussion by more than 50% in a head to head collision.

 
 




BASIC CONDITIONING

If a player is engaged in a extra-curricula camps or conditioning clinics then the overall conditioning regimen should be a logical combination of the two or more regimens.

REDUCING ACL INJURIES
